The cursor blink rate and cursor width display differently in Media Center
The cursor blink rate and cursor width in Media C enter have been designed and optimized for all users. If you adjusted the cursor blink
rate or cursor width in C ontrol Panel, then the changes will be displayed elsewhere in Windows XP but not in Media C enter.
