Searching for a Program
with the TV Guide On

Select “SEARCH” in the Service Bar, and
press ENTER.

Select a search option using
</,, and
press ENTER.
To sort alphabetically, select
“ALPHABETICAL.”
If you select “KEYWORD” prior to entering
any keywords you will be prompted to enter a
new keyword search. See “To enter a new
keyword” below.

Select the letter (if you are sorting
alphabetically), sub-category, or keyword
using
</M/m/,, and press ENTER.
If no keywords are displayed, enter the
keyword. See “To enter a new keyword”
below.

Select a program using
M/m, and press
ENTER.
To enter a new keyword

Select “SEARCH” in the Service Bar, and
press ENTER.

Select “KEYWORD” using
</,, and press
ENTER.
The Panel Menu appears.

Select “new search” from the Panel Menu,
and press ENTER.

Select “enter keyword” from the Panel Menu,
and press ENTER.

Select a letter on the keyboard using
</M/m/
,, and press ENTER.

Repeat step 5 to enter the keyword.

Select “DONE,” and press ENTER.
The recorder searches for all programs
(including previous recordings) that contain
the keyword in the program’s title.
