Topic: My connected printer doesn't function after the computer resumes from
a power saving mode.
When this occurs, follow the procedures below to reset the printer connection:

Right-click the My Computer icon on the desktop, and then select
Properties.

Click the Device Manager tab.

Select Refresh, and then click OK.

The printer should now function properly.

Click on the Network Adapters category, and then select “Realtek RTL8139
Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC.”

Remove the check mark from the option “Disable in this hardware profile.”

Click OK.
