What do I do if the drive tray won't open?
 Make sure the computer is on.
 Press the Eject button on the optical drive.
 If the Eject button does not work, click My Computer on the Windows ® desktop. Right click the optical drive icon,
and select Eject from the shortcut menu.
 If none of the above options work, insert a thin, straight object (such as a paper clip) in the manual eject hole near
the Eject button.
