Transferring Audio Files from Your Computer

Available software programs to transfer audio files

For details on importing audio files into your computer using the software

programs listed below, refer to the Help supplied with each program.

Windows Explorer (Drag and drop)

Notes

This unit cannot play copyright-protected music files saved on a “Memory Stick Duo.”

AAC files with file name extension “.m4a” or “.m4b” can be used with this unit.

This unit does not support music download services on the Internet. Transfer tracks from

your PC.

Switching the USB mode

Before connecting the unit to the computer, set the unit’s USB mode as shown

below based on the software program you want to use to transfer audio files.
