Note
If you use a Screen Name with 301 or more Buddies on its Buddy List, all your Buddies are
not displayed in your Buddies List.
Preparing a wireless network connection
To use AIM, connect the unit to a wireless network.
For details, see “Wireless Network Connection” ( page 29).
Note
If you are connecting to a public wireless hotspot, you may need to log in to an Internet
Service Provider ( page 30).
Registering for a Screen Name
If you already have a Screen Name account, go to the next section, “Starting
AIM” ( page 57).
If you have not yet signed up for AIM, select “New User” on the Sign In screen
and register for a new Screen Name.
