Cannot play contents that contain ISO8859 characters
1 When Windows XP is in Category View, switch to Classic View,
then click [Start] – [Control Panel] – [Regional and Language
Options] in that order.
2 Click the [Advanced] tab and select a language that can handle
ISO8859 with “Language for non-Unicode programs”.
