3. Main on/off switch. Used to turn the power on or off
to the broiler.
4. Power indicator light. Glows green when the power
to the broiler is turned on.
5. Ignition failure light. This light will flash if the broiler
burners fail to ignite. Cycle the on/off switch to reset.
Check the troubleshooting guide if the broiler fails to
light.

C. OPERATION
C.1 Controls and Indicators
1. Belt Speed Control (P/N 13727-B) - Used to set the
broil time on the meat belt.
2. Temperature Control (P/N 19076) - Helps keep the
broiler temperature stable when the broiler is under
heavy load.

ON THE BACK OF THE BROILER
1. Belt reverse buttons. Pres and hold these buttons to
reverse the direction of the belt to help free a belt
jam.
2. Shaft cleaning tool. Use this tool on the drive and
idler shafts to scrape them clean.
