1. Use a flat head screwdriver or box cutter to clean
the slots on the pilot orifices.

1. Remove the left side control box cover.
2. Remove the ceramic boot from the back of the
flame sensor.
3. Loosen the wing nut holding the flame sensor in
place.
4. Remove the flame sensor and clean the metal tip
with a DRY, clean scrub pad.
