Purchase a security cable lock that fits this slot to lock your computer to a stationary object to protect your
computer from theft. For more information, refer to “Attaching a mechanical lock” on page 23.
2 Fan louvers
The fan louvers and internal fan enable air to circulate in the computer and to ensure proper cooling,
especially the cooling of the microprocessor.
Note: To ensure proper airflow, do not place any obstacles in front of the fan louvers.
3 USB 2.0 connector
Used to connect USB 1.1 or 2.0 devices, such as a USB printer or a digital camera.
