4. If your job has already been processed, look for it in the Storage folder list.
5. If your job is not in the Storage folder list, click the Run Queues tab to see all the
jobs that are being processed or printed.
6. Find your job in the queue.
Note: If your job appears in the Storage folder with the status Failed, you can click the
Messages tab to find out the reason for the failure.
