If a different template is assigned to a user group and a user who belongs
to that group, that user can only use the functions permitted for both
templates.

Clicking the "Availability" icon displays the Setting by User (by Device)
page for the relevant user group or user.

"Status of Restriction" displays the status of the setting by user that are
currently applied to the user group or user. This is not a status that is
selected in "Template" in the page.
