On the Konica Minolta MFP touch screen, press the RightFax

button. The RightFax module loads and the login page appears.

2. The RFUser option is selected by default. Press either Guest or

RFUser. If you choose RFUser, enter the RightFax user ID and
password (or Windows user ID & password if NT authentication
is enabled) in the respective fields.

3. Press Login. The Fax Options page appears.

Overview

With the OpenText RightFax Native Connector for Native
Connector for Konica Minolta MFP, you can use your Konica
Minolta MFP device to fax or email scanned documents. RightFax
functionality appears as a custom service on the MFP.

Note:

The user interface and some functionality may differ slightly for

A3 and A4 Konica Minolta devices. This document shows the A3
interfaces. If different, A4 device functionality will be noted in the text.

You can log in to your personal RightFax account to use your own
fax phonebook and billing codes. You can later use RightFax client
programs to track the fax.

If you don’t have a RightFax account, you can log in as a guest user
to send a fax or e-mail from the Konica Minolta MFP. The options
available to guest users are defined by the RightFax Administrator.
These may include a common guest phonebook, access to billing
codes, and the ability to change cover sheets.

Logging in to the RightFax Native Connector for
Konica Minolta MFP

You can log in to the RightFax Native Connector for Konica Minolta
MFP using your RightFax credentials, or you can log in as a Guest.
