Sending Faxes
On the Fax Options page, you can either send a simple fax by
pressing the Quick Fax button or you can access more RightFax
functionality such as cover sheets and billing codes by pressing
the More Options button.
Sending a Quick Fax
1. On the Fax Options page, press Quick Fax to display the Quick
Fax page.
2. Enter the fax number or email address, name, and company
name, then press OK. The Fax Options page re-appears with
Quick Fax selected and the Scan Settings button enabled.
3. (optional) Press Scan Settings to open the devi ce’s native scan
settings screen and change scan settings. If you don’t change
scan settings, then the document will be scanned using the
device defaults.
4. Press the physical Start button on the device to initiate the
scan.
5. To exit the application, press Job End (A3 MFP) or Reset (A4
MFP).
