If necessary, this function also prints data in the ID & Print User Box. For
details on ID & Print, refer to the User's Guide [Print] supplied together
with the MFP.

Tap [Access Basic Screen], and insert the PKI card into the
authentication unit attached to the MFP.

Enter the PIN code and to log into the MFP.

Tap [User Box] - [System] - [PKI Encrypted Document].
A login user's print data list is displayed.

Select the desired data, and tap [Print].
– To delete data, select the data to be deleted, and tap [Delete].
– Tap [Details] to view detailed information on the selected docu-
ment.
