Enabling Remote Scan Application Connections
1. In the Preferences window, select Scan Management .
2. Select the Enable Remote Scan Application connections check
box.
Mail Service
The mail service options to receive and send scanned jobs directly
to one or more e-mail addresses are set in the
Mail Service settings
In the Mail service setup area, specify the following in the
appropriate boxes:
• Outgoing mail server
• Maximum attachment size
• Administrator’s e-mail address
