Center Staples

Select the

Center Staples

check box if you want center staples.

Printing Covers

The following options are available when a perfect binder finisher is
connected and you are printing a job to the main tray.

In the

Pull Cover From

list, select the tray that contains the

paper on which the cover will be printed.

In the

Cover Content

list, select one of the following options:

Blank/Preprinted

—when your cover is not printed as part of

the job

Compose from file (Simplex)

—when your cover is part of the

file, and should be composed and be printed on one side of
the page.

Compose from file (Duplex)

—when your cover is part of the

file and should be composed and printed on both sides of
the page.

Print (Simplex)

—when the front and back covers are

contained on the same page in the file and printed on one
side

Print (Duplex)

—when the front and back covers are

contained on the same page in the file and printed on both
sides

5.

In the

Cover Orientation

list, select the print orientation of the

cover.

6.

If you are composing the cover in the file, in the

Spine

list,

select one of the following options:

Blank

—to print a blank spine

From file

, to print the spine content contained in the file.

Note: If you want to staple or punch the other side of your job, on the Layout
parameter select the Rotate 180 check box.
