Print Position Settings allows to align the bitmaps with the paper edge. The
possible values left, center, right are applied in paper feed direction.
Print position is available only if a wide paper size or custom paper size is
selected as document page size or as output paper size.
Note: Print position is applied before image shifting, i.e. if you select print
position = left and horizontal left shift, the bitmap will be shifted beyond the
paper edge.
