INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF KONICA MINOLTA OR KONICA MINOLTA’S
LISENSOR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM
BY YOU BASED ON A THIRD PARTY CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL KONICA MINOLTA’S LIABILITY
TO YOU, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED
THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LIMITATION ON
HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY
NOT IN FULL APPLY TO YOU IN SUCH STATE OR COUNTRY.
7. EXPORT
RESTRICTIONS
You may not export the Software in any form in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
regarding export control of any countries.
8. TERMINATION
You may terminate this license at any time by destroying the Software and all your copies of it.
KONICA MINOLTA may terminate your license if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
Upon such termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
9. SEVERABILITY
If any provisions of this Agreement are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal or invalid,
the remainder of these provisions hereof shall remain effect.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
