Workflow
The Workflow panel allows you to control the print workflow, enter
authentication settings, and store jobs on the controller.
You can set the following attributes:
1. Tandem – determines that jobs can be shared with another bizhub
PRO 1050.
2. Send Windows message – instructs the bizhub PRO 1050 to send
a Windows message to your PC after completion of your job.
Always / On error lets you restrict the message notification.
Sending a Windows message requires that the Messenger service of
Windows is running on your PC.
3. Send E-Mail – instructs the bizhub PRO 1050 to send an e-mail to
the specified address after completion of your job. Always / On
error lets you restrict the e-mail notification.
4. Autoprint – allows you to select proof printing and secure
printing.
• Print is the default and means normal printing.
• Proof and Print tells the bizhub PRO 1050 to print a proof
copy of your job and then wait until you confirm or cancel the
job.
Wait tells the bizhub PRO 1050 to wait (without printing a
proof copy) until you confirm or cancel the job.
Note that Proof and Print and Wait block the printing of sub-
sequent jobs.
• Secure Print encloses a secure print id and a password with
your job. This identification will be used to ensure that the job
