Specifies a file format of the sending data.

Even if you have selected the file type when saving a document in a User Box, you must specify the file
type when downloading the data of the document.
Item Description
PDF Saves the data in the PDF format.
TIFF Saves the data in the TIFF format.
XPS Saves the data in the XPS format.
When saved in the XPS format, a hard disk is optionally required.
