Select Line
Specify "Line 1" or "Line 2" to send a fax if the fax kit for sub lines is installed. Specify a line for transmission.
When "Unset" is chosen in Select Line, transmit using the line which is then vacant among Line 1 or Line 2.
When the Line 1 and the Line 2 are both vacant, priority is given to the Line 1.

Detail
You cannot specify a line when "Line 2 Setting" of "Multi Line Setting" is set to "RX Only". To use two
lines as external and extension lines, be sure to specify the line to be used. If you select "Unset", a
sending failure may occur. For details on the Multi Line Usage Setting, refer to the User's Guide
[Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].

Communication Settings - E-Mail Settings
About E-Mail Settings
Specifies the document name, subject, From address and message body for sending E-Mails.
Document Name
Displays the name of the file to be saved. The document name specified later appears as the document
name, even if the document name was specified in the File Document screen. You can enter up to 30
characters.
Subject
The text specified in Utility mode is automatically displayed. Press [Direct Input] to change the text. You can
enter up to 64 characters.
