Go to the printer and collect the printout. Examine the image and write at the
bottom of the printout “Default Brightness and Contrast.”
Step 2: Increasing Brightness and Contrast
As the job was already printed, it is stored in the system.
To increase brightness and contrast settings:
1. In the Storage area, double-click the Pencils_Letter job.
2. In the Job Parameters window, click the Color button.
3. Under Color , click Color Adjustments .
4. In the Brightness list, select Darkest (15%) .
5. In the Contrast list, select More .
6. Click Submit to print the job with the new settings.
Go to the printer and collect the printout. Compare the printout with the one
printed previously with default brightness and contrast settings. The last printout
should look darker and with higher contrast.
