the printer or MFP.
Only information corresponding to the selected method can be
entered.
Settings Setting Procedure
Printer Path Click the [Browse] button, and then select the shared
printer or MFP from the tree that appeared.
Printers and MFPs in the following environments can be
specified.
• Printers and MFPs connected to a Microsoft network
• Printers and MFPs set to be shared in Windows NT,
Windows 2000/XP and Windows Server 2003
• Printers and MFPs on a NetWare server

Note
Depending on the setup of the computer,
printers and MFPs shared on a NetWare
server with an NDS connection may not be
listed in the Printer Lookup dialog box. In this
case, type the name of the shared device into
the [Printer Path] box.
