Function Details
The default values to apply to a
newly registered User Select [Enable Upper Limit Settings] to configure the cost-
base upper limit settings for a newly registered user.
If [Enable Upper Limit Settings] is selected, specify the up-
per limit of cost in [Upper Limit] in the [Setting by User] win-
dow. If no values are specified for [Upper Limit], a newly
added user cannot print using the device.
Function Details
Time of Upper Warning Select when a warning appears, indicating that the upper
limit is nearly reached.
Notification of Upper Warning Select who is to be given the warning about the upper limit.
Administrator: The warning about the upper limit is sent to
the administrator.
User: The warning about the upper limit is sent to the cor-
responding user.
Other (E-mail Address): The warning about the upper limit
is sent to the specified e-mail address. Multiple e-mail ad-
dresses can be specified.
Edit E-Mail Contents: Click this button to type in contents
of the e-mail to be sent. For details, refer to "Editing e-mail
content at the time of limit warning" on page 4-3.
Operation when value of Upper
Limit was reached Select the operation that is performed (for example, print-
ing is prohibited) when the upper limit is reached.
Select [Output Prohibition (Only Target Devices)].
Notification when value of Upper
Limit was reached Select who is to be given the notification when the upper
limit is reached.
Administrator: The notification e-mail is sent to the admin-
istrator.
User: The notification e-mail is sent to the corresponding
user.
Other (E-mail Address): The notification e-mail is sent to
the specified e-mail address. Multiple e-mail addresses
can be specified.
Edit E-Mail Contents: Click this button to type in contents
of the e-mail to be sent. For details, refer to "Editing e-mail
content when the value of upper limit was reached" on
page 4-4.
Send Language Select the text language of e-mail messages that are sent.
Clear the Current Value Click this button to reset all the current values displayed in
"Setting by User" to "0".
