8 Troubleshooting
8.1 Problems related to Upper Limit Settings
Description of problem Action
Cannot configure the cost-base upper lim-
it settings. Ask your service representative to configure the
cost-base upper limit settings.
In addition, check the following points.
• Account Manager and Authentication Manager
are installed on the same computer.
• Account Manager and Authentication Manager
application licenses are registered.
• [Upper Limit Settings] is set to [Enable] in [Upper
Limit Settings] - [Basic Settings] under Account
Manager.
• [Operation when value of Upper Limit was
reached] is set to [Output Prohibition (Only Tar-
get Devices)] in [Upper Limit Settings] - [Basic
Settings] under Account Manager.
• The device to which the cost-base upper limit
settings are to be applied is registered as a de-
vice to be managed under both Account Man-
ager and Authentication Manager.
