Erasing images

Lets you erase recorded images. You can select single-frame erase, which
erases only the currently displayed image; all-frame erase, which erases all
the images stored on the card; or selected frame erase, which erases only the
frames selected.

Single-frame erase

Play back the image you want to
erase.

Press the

S (erase) button.

ac to select [YES], then

x Notes

For image file types recorded using RAW+JPEG, single-frame erase erases

only the JPEG images while the RAW data is retained. For all-frame and
selected frame erase, both the RAW and JPEG images are erased.

Protected images cannot be erased. Cancel protected images, then erase

them.

Once erased, images cannot be restored.
