Introduction
This chapter covers setting up your player using
the Setup Navigator and using all the basic
playback controls.
Using the Setup Navigator
Before playing any discs in the player, we strongly
recommend using The Setup Navigator. This
makes all the basic player settings for you.
1 Press the POWER button on
the front panel to switch on.
Also turn on your TV, and amplifier/receiver
(if you connected one). Make sure that your
TV is set to the correct video input.
• If a disc already loaded starts playing, press
7 to stop it.
• The button on the remote control
switches the unit between standby and on.
2 Press SETUP.
The Setup Navigator on-screen
display (OSD) appears:

Navigate all of the following OSDs using
these controls:
Joystick up/down – cursor up/down
ENTER – select the highlighted menu
option
Joystick left – go back to the previous
question
The control possibilities for the current
OSD are shown at the bottom of each
screen.

Ce chapitre décrit l’installation de votre lecteur à
l’aide du navigateur d’installation et de toutes les
commandes de lecture de base.
Utilisation du navigateur d’installation
Avant de reproduire des disques sur ce lecteur, nous
vous conseillons vivement d’utiliser le navigateur
d’installation. Il effectuera tous les réglages de base
du lecteur pour vous.
1 Appuyez sur la touche
POWER du panneau avant
pour mettre le lecteur sous
tension.
Mettez également votre téléviseur et
l’amplificateur/récepteur (si vous en avez
raccordé un) sous tension. Assurez-vous que
votre téléviseur est réglé sur l’entrée vidéo
correcte.
• Si la lecture d’un disque déjà introduit
démarre, appuyez sur
7 pour l’arrêter.
• La touche de la télécommande met
alternativement le lecteur sous tension et en
mode de veille.
2 Appuyez sur SETUP.
L’écran Setup Navigator apparaît :
Naviguez parmi tous les écrans suivants à
l’aide de ces commandes :
Joystick haut/bas – déplacement du
curseur vers le haut ou vers le bas
ENTER – sélectionne l’option de menu
mise en évidence
Joystick gauche – pour revenir à la
question précédente
Les possibilités de commande de l’écran
affiché sont indiquées dans le bas de
chaque écran.
