Magnia Rack Conversion Kit
1.1.0 Converting the Magnia to Rack Model
To install the Magnia tower model in the rack, the server must be
converted into a rack-model.
To convert the server from a tower to a rack-model, follow the steps
below and refer to Figures 1-48 to 1-50.
1. If the server is in operation, shut it down. Once the server has been
shut down, then switch the AC knob on the back of the server to OFF
and unplug the AC power cable.
2. Open the front door and lift the door off the hinges.
Remove the 4 runner feet.

3. Remove 5 screws, top panel and lock key as described below.
