Make sure that USB is connected correctly.

Incorrect behaviour may occur with a USB Hub
connection.

Parental control is activated. Check parental
settings.

Why does the TV turn off automatically?

A

Your subscription needs upgrading. Contact your
service provider.

After roughly 15 minutes without any input video
signal at TV mode, the TV will turn off to save
power.

Or maybe the power-off timer works.

Or check if you have started a power-off timer or
sleep timer.

Or check if the Automatic Power Down option in
the Setup menu is set On.
