27) Install new steering box and ram-assist lines. Route the lines where they will not rub or interfere with
steering operation. Looking from the front of the vehicle, the rear fitting (closest to firewall) on the box will
connect to the right hand fitting on the ram cylinder (photo 27).

28) Install new pitman arm. Use loctite on nut. Assemble and install drag link (link should measure
approx. 37.5" eye to eye) between pitman arm and passenger steering knuckle. Be sure to install cotter
pins in castle nuts on drag link ends! (photo 28).

Part Six: Front Sway Bar, Brake Line, ABS Line, & Lower Radiator Hose Support
Plate Installation-
29) Install front torsion sway bar to frame with factory brackets, bushings, and bolts. Center bar in
brackets and install locking collars on outside of brackets (photo 29).
