Whilst every effort is made to ensure your complete
satisfaction with this product, occasionally, due to the mass
manufacturing techniques, a product may not live up to
our required level of performance and you may need the
assistance of our service department.
This product is warranted for a 2-year period for home
domestic use from the date of the original purchase. If found
to be defective in materials or workmanship, the tool or the
offending faulty component will be replaced free of charge
with another of the same item. The warranty does not cover
against normal wear and tear due to accessory usage. A
small freight charge may apply.
The warranty replacement unit is only made available by
returning the product to the place of purchase with a confirmed
register receipt. Proof of purchase is essential. Steele® reserve
the right to reject any claim where the purchase cannot be
verified. This warranty does not include damage or defects
to the product caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents,
alterations or commercial or business use.
Consistent with our product development program,
improvements may have been made which render the
contents of the product’s packaging or user instructions
slightly different to the product received.
In some states of the U.S.A. and in some provinces of
Canada there is no limitation for how long an implied
warranty is valid.
Under no circumstances shall Steele® be liable for any
incidental or consequential damages resulting from the sale
or use of this product (this includes but is not limited to
liability for loss of profits). In some states of the U.S.A. and
in some provinces of Canada the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages is not allowed.
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Depending
on the state in the U.S.A., the province in Canada, or the
country, you may have other rights.
