SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
General
READ AND UNDERSTAND THE OPERATORS MANUAL FOR THE SPECIFIC JLG
MODEL BEING USED. MAKE SURE LOAD IS SECURED.
DO NOT OVERLOAD CLADDING DEVICE OR PLATFORM.
DE-RATE THE PLATFORM CAPACITY BY 136 KG (300 LBS). REFER TO DECAL ON
CLADDER.
• Do not exit platform over rails or stand on rails.
• Only use this option on models specified.
• Keep lanyard attached at all times.
• Do not use to handle or install glass.
• Make sure no personnel are beneath or around platform.
PREPARATION AND INSPECTION
1.
Check for cracked welds and damage to cladding device.
2.
Make sure cladding device is properly secured to platform.
3.
Check operation of cladding device.
4.
Keep Easi-Cladder control pendant and machine control box at the
same locations to allow access to E-stop when using cladding device
controls.
