SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
General
READ AND UNDERSTAND THE OPERATORS MANUAL FOR THE SPECIFIC JLG
MODEL BEING USED. MAKE SURE LOAD IS SECURED.
DO NOT OVERLOAD CLADDING ACCESSORY OR PLATFORM.
DE-RATE THE PLATFORM CAPACITY BY 385 KG (850 LBS). REFER TO DECAL ON
CLADDER.
• Do not exit platform over rails or stand on rails.
• Use this option ONLY on models and decks specified.
• Do not use on damaged, excessively dirty or ice/snow covered pan-
els.
• Keep fall protection lanyard attached at all times.
• Keep away from moving parts of Easi-Cladder™ Plus.
• Do not use to handle or install glass.
• Keep ground personnel at least 6m from machine.
PREPARATION AND INSPECTION
1.
Check for cracked welds and damage to cladding accessory.
2.
Make sure cladding accessory is properly secured to platform.
3.
Check operation of cladding accessory.
4.
Check that the vacuum cups are clean, free of debris and there are no
torn, leaking or missing cups.
5.
Keep Easi-Cladder™ Plus control box and machine control box at the
same locations to allow access to Emergency-Stop when using clad-
ding accessory controls.
