and screenshare to a video call. Let’s get started!

Create a video call

There are a couple of ways to create video calls. You can schedule a video call in advance from your

for meetings.

Create an unscheduled video call in a room with Chromebox

1. Type a name for your video call with the keyboard on

the back of the remote.

2. Press the key or use the directional pad to select Join

to start your new video call.

3. Send a message to guests with the video call name.

They can join from their computer at

g.co/hangouts

or

from another Chromebox for meetings device by typing
the name.

Schedule a video call from your calendar

1. Sign in to your Google Apps account.
2. Open Google Calendar or enter

google.com/calendar

in

your address bar.

3. Click Create to schedule an event.
4. Fill out the event details like title, date, time, description

and guests.

5. Click Rooms, etc. on the right side of the page.
6. Type the name of a room with a Chromebox for

meetings, and then click Add.
