From your computer or mobile device
1. Click the link to the video call in the meeting
invite or type g.co/hangouts in your browser.
Then enter the name of the video call.
Screenshare to a video call
You can share your laptop’s screen on a video call. Whether you’re in a Chromebox for meetings room
or on the go, you can present whatever you want so that everyone can see it.
From a room with a Chromebox
Bring your laptop with you to the conference room.
1. Type g.co/present in your laptop’s browser.
2. Type the video call name and click Join.
3. Select to share your whole screen or just a
specific window, then click Start screenshare.
From your laptop
You can present to a video call even if you’re not in a Chromebox for meetings room.
1. Join a video call at g.co/hangouts .
2. Click the Screenshare button on
the left side of the screen.
3. Select to share your whole screen or just
a browser window, then click Start
screenshare.
