Introduction

Thank you for licensing the On2 Flix Engine SDK. This SDK provides a framework for embedding the
acclaimed On2 Flix multimedia engine in your server-based applications. Flix Engine is able to transcode

nearly any type of multimedia input to high-quality Adobe® Flash Video (FLV and SWF) and other popular
formats, including 3GPP, 3GPP2, MOV, and MP4.

Also available for Windows! Flix Engine for Windows provides full COM automation support for access
from ASP/ASP.NET, C/C++/C#, ColdFusion, Delphi, Java (via JNI/COM Bridge), PHP, Python, Visual
Basic/VB.NET, VBScript, and any other COM-enabled container application or programming language.
On2 Flix Engine for Windows is available as a dynamically linked library (DLL).
