Frothing tips
• Cold	milk	is	the	easiest	to	froth.	Luke	warm	milk	may	be	used,	however,
there will be about half the amount of froth produced.
• Frothing	is	easier	with	smaller	quantities	of	milk	–	usually	no	more	than
 ½ cup.
• Skim	milk	is	easiest	to	froth,	although	whole	milk	will	provide	the	best	taste.
• When	frothing	whole	milk,	frothing	may	take	longer;	for	easier	frothing,	use
smaller quantities.

Coffee drinks
• A variety of delicious coffee drinks can be made using frothed milk by
 combining with espresso.
• Traditionally,	cappuccino	is	⅓	espresso,	⅓	steamed	milk	and	⅓	foam.
• A	café	latte	is	cappuccino	with	two	to	three	times	as	much	frothed	milk.
• To	make	café	mocha,	add	1	tablespoon	chocolate	syrup	to	the	milk	and	froth
or simply add the chocolate syrup to the coffee.
• Regular	brewed	coffee	may	also	be	used	in	place	of	espresso,	if	desired.
• Sprinkle	shaved	chocolate,	ground	cinnamon,	nutmeg	or	cocoa	powder	on
 top of cappuccino.
• Serve	cinnamon	sticks	as	stirrers	to	add	a	new	flavor.
MIXING PoWdEREd & SYRUP dRINKS
1. Pour liquid into tall container; add powdered drink mix or syrup as directed.
2. Immerse the frothing disk in the center of the container, about halfway or
 lower.
3. Keeping one hand on container to avoid slipping, press the stay-on power
 button to begin mixing.
4. You may move the frother in gentle circular motions, as well as up and down,
to mix powder/syrup evenly into the liquid.
Note: When mixing drinks with milk, avoid keeping the frother near the top of
the milk for long intervals; doing so will froth the milk.
tip: You can use your frother to mix a variety of drinks, including: protein
drinks, flavored milks, hot cocoa and cappuccinos mixes.
MIXING SALAd dRESSING
Note:	Your	frother	can	also	be	used	to	mix	salad	dressings.	Simply	follow	the
instructions	for	MIXING	DRINKS.
tip: Your frother will work for both salad dressings made from scratch and from
a dressing mix.
Note: Although you may use the frother to blend almost any kind of dressing, it
will work best for vinaigrettes.
BEAtING EGG WHItES
Note: Your multi-use frother is designed to beat small quantities of egg whites
for use in desserts, omelets and other small dishes. It is most effective when
working with smaller quantities – generally, no more than 2 eggs at a time (or
½ cup of egg white substitute).
Note: 2 teaspoons of meringue powder in 2 tablespoons of water may also be
used.
1. Place egg whites or egg white substitute into a tall bowl, making sure the
sides are high enough so the mixture will not splash out during beating.
2. Place frothing disk into egg whites and press the stay-on power button to
 begin beating.
3. Move the head of the frother in a gentle circular motion to get an even
consistency.
