4.0 INSTALLATION
4.1 Installation of 52/122 Series T-arms
Slide collar on plunger,
aligning plunger groove
(on top of plunger) with
bottom of two indented
areas on the inner
portion of the ears of
collar. Lock collar in
place so that it doesn’t
move using collar bolt.
See Figure 1.
Slide clip into clearance
between plunger groove
and the collar,
positioning clip so that
both ends are over top
of the plunger. See
Figure 2.
Using arm part of T-arm
clamp, push the clip
down over plunger, the
clip will then pop into the
groove. The ends of the
clip may deform slightly;
if so, use pliers to
reform.
Loosen collar bolt and pull collar into place over
clip.
Tighten collar according
to Table 1. Install rubber
washer and arm portion
of T-arm. Make sure
setscrew is located on
top half of arm. Secure
pivot pin in place by
tightening setscrew until
it engages the pin. See
Figure 4.
4.2 Installation on 92,
202 and 352 Series
T-Arms
Slide collar on plunger,
aligning plunger groove

Lock collar in place so
that it doesn't move
using collar bolt.
Slide clip into clearance
between plunger groove
and the collar. Position
one end into plunger groove. Push other end of
clip over plunger and into plunger groove. See
Figure 3.
