7A.8 INSTALLATION OF WINDOW
Install the window in accordance with the window manufacturer’s installation
instructions. Once the window has been installed, apply the jamb flashing on each side
of the window, followed by the head flashing as shown.
7A.9 SEALING WINDOW HEAD
Fold the building wrap down at the window head and secure with a piece of tape or
flashing. 7A.10 SEALING BACK OF WINDOW OPENING
Seal the gaps at the back side of the rough opening with backer rod, expanding foam,
or sealant.
