Basic operation
Operation of the hydraulic wedge grips consists of the following:
• Determine the minimum required specimen gripping pressure to
accommodate a specific specimen and testing application.
• Install the appropriate collet.
• Load a specimen into the grips.
Grip controls
The grip controls are located on an external hydraulic grip supply.
