Troubleshooting
Problem
Solution
The power LED does not illuminate.
1.
Ensure that the power cord is correctly connected
to the My Net Switch.
2.
Ensure that the electrical outlet is working properly
by plugging a different electronic device into the
outlet and trying to power it on.
3.
Ensure that you are using the AC adapter provided
with the My Net Switch.
A port number LED does not illuminate.
1.
Ensure that the Ethernet cable(s) are correctly
connected to the ports on both the device and the
My Net Switch.
2.
Ensure that the connected device is powered on
and not in standby/suspend power mode.
