Chapter 2 Install the Controller
Remove a 1768 or 1769
Module from the DIN Rail If you need to remove a module from the DIN rail, follow these steps.
1. Remove power from the controller and wait for all status indicators on the
power supply and controller to turn off.
2. Remove the 1768 module.
IMPORTANT If you disconnect any part of the system while the controller is still writing its
program to memory, you will lose your program.
