Installing the Isolated Bulkhead Connector

1. Drill a 12.84 mm hole in the panel you want to connect the cable through.

2. Insert the isolated bulkhead connector through the hole treaded side first.

3. Apply the lock washer and tighten the nut.

4. Connect the two pre-terminated cable segments to the open ends of the isolated

bulkhead connector.

5. Verify that there is no continuity between the isolated bulkhead connector and

ground or metallic mounting surface that the isolated bulkhead connector is mounted
to. This is an isolated bulkhead.

IMPORTANT

Avoid over-tightening the nut on the isolated bulkhead
connector. Over-tightening the nut can cause damage to the
plastic threading on the connector.
