The Medium Voltage Support Group provides customer support for our medium
voltage product lines.
We may be contacted at 519-740-4790 (option 4).
The support we offer includes, but is not limited to:
• Quoting and Managing Product On-site Start-ups
• Ongoing Preventative Maintenance Planning for our products
• Parts Management and on-site inventory agreements
• Customer in-house and on-site product training
What You Need To Do
You need to complete the following steps:
• Step 1: Receive the LFCs
• Step 2: Inspect the LFCs
• Step 3: Store the LFCs until needed
