To remove a hard drive:

1. Disconnect power from the 6180 Computer.

ATTENTION: Disconnect all power from the 6180
Computer before adding/removing components.
Failure to disconnect power could result in severe
electrical shock or damage to the 6180 Computer.

2. Remove the back panel of the 6180 Computer.

Refer to procedures in the 6180 Computer Industrial Computer
User Manual for details on how to remove the back panel.

Use these Tabs with Holes to Assist in Removing Drive
Insert #2 Phillips Screwdriver and Pull

3. Disconnect the ribbon cable connector from the drive. On 3.5

inch drives, also disconnect the power connector from the drive.

4. Remove the two screws securing the drive / bracket assembly.

5. Remove the drive / bracket assembly.
