5. Make sure that no users are still attached to the database, then click OK to continue.

6. When the process is finished, click Close. You can now run the new version of

Emonitor.

The amount of time needed for this process depends on your processor speed and the
amount of RAM available.

Restoring your Emonitor configuration files

After you have restored the Emonitor database files, restore the Emonitor configuration
files.

The default directories for the Emonitor 3.70 configuration files are listed below.

Allow plenty of time to restructure your database. It may appear to stop or be locked up, and
stay at 99% for a long time. Do not try to restart your computer during restructure–just be
patient and let the program finish.

Note that the default directories for Emonitor version 3.70 configuration files on Windows 7 are
different than they were on versions prior to 3.60.

If you are restoring configuration files from RSMACC EOL version 2.50, make sure that the .DCF
and .EOL file names do not conflict with the same file types from Emonitor Online. If necessary,
rename the .DCF and .EOL files from RSMACC EOL. We recommend using different .DCF and
.EOL files for Emonitor EOL version 3.70 and Emonitor Online version 3.70.
