The components of rolling offset calculations

sometimes have different names in different

geographic regions and in different trades.

Roll – the horizontal component of a rolling

offset. May also be known as “offset”.

offset – the vertical component of a rolling

offset. May also be known as “rise” or “set”.

Bend – the bend angle, also known as “fitting

angle” or “angle of turn”.

Note: If an angle is not entered, or if the angle

is set to 0 degrees, the fitting angle is assumed

to be 90º.
Find the pipe Cutback when you are running

pipes through a 45º bend with a 10” offset.
