sure there are no other debris and distortion and then select “Write Init”.

(1)Why the “Multi-Points” can't be used in touch mode?

Confirm PC operating system is Windows 7. Multi- Points in Touch Mode can not run if your
operating system is not Windows 7.
Enter “Computer Management”--- “Device Manager”---“Human Interface Device”---“USB
Human Input Device”, then right click on it, select “Properties” and then enter “Details”. If
such information (vid-10c4) as shown below appears, remove the USB Human Interface
Device and wait for the system reinstallation.
(2) Why default setting is not Single Point mode when exit Fitouch in “Multi-Points”?
Exit Fitouch in “single Point” mode, the system will default as “Single Point” mode;
Exit Fitouch in “Multi-Points”， the system will default as “Multi-Points” mode.
(3) After pulling out and unplugging USB line, why the connection speed of Fitouch software is
slow?
This is concerned with PC system. You can enter “Computer Management” and check
whether there is “HID-compliant device” in “Device Manager”.
User should make sure that the Windows 7 OS supports “Multi-Points” touch. Currently, only
the versions above Windows 7 Home Premium (included) support “Multi-Points” touch.
(4) Why some drawing tools fail to run under “Multi-points” mode?
Some drawing tools do not support “Multi-Points” mode, therefore please download those
supporting “Multi-Points” mode.
If you have switched “Single Point” mode to “Multi-points” mode, you should first click any
drawing button in drawing tools, and then click “Brush” to perform normal touch.
(5) Why Fitouch icon is gray when running the Fitouch program?
Check the connection of USB line. Enter “Device Manager” and find “Human Interface
Device”, check whether there is “HID-compliant device” (The Hardware ID in Details
contains vid-10c4 in its subcategory.)
Check the connection of USB line. Exit Fitouch software and rerun.
(6) Why “Multi-points” mode does not work after “Single Point” mode was switched to Multi-
points” mode?
Please exit Fitouch and drawing tools. If it still fails to work, unplug USB line and plug it in,
then run the Fitouch and drawing software again.
(7) After operating “Select Language” and “Restart” under “Multi-points” mode, why can not
draw line under “Multi-points” mode?
After you operated in “Select Language” and “Restart” under “Multi-points” mode, you
should first click one of the drawing buttons in drawing tools, and then click “Brush” to
perform normal drawing.
Note: the speed of HID-compliant device is related to the connection time of Fitouch.
