STEP 1 - Attach Center Column to Socket
Assembly
A. Thread Center Column (I) to Socket Assembly (J). Hand
tighten until snug.

STEP 2 - Attach Stem onto the Socket
Assembly
A. Thread (K) onto Coupling on the
bottom of Socket Assembly (J). By using pliers, thread
the Hex Nut against the Coupling and hand tighten until
snug.

STEP 3 - Attach Crossbar to Outlet Box
A. Secure the Crossbar (A) to the outlet box with outlet
box screws (not supplied). Tighten until snug.
